従業員は賃金が公正だと感じているでしょうか。表向きは平等な会社でも、民族や性別、その他の特性に基づいて賃金格差があると感じられている場合があります。このアンケートでは、給料は適切か、賃金の決定プロセスは明瞭か、昇進は公平とみなされているかなどの点について、従業員に意見を表明するチャンスを提供します。
