This survey is intended for use by those wishing to sign up for the Japanese Language Course exchange event to be held on June 28th (Tuesday) from 18:30 - 19:30.
６月２８日１８：３０～１９：３０にJETプログラム日本語講座を対象とした交流会を行います。
After you sign up through this page, an email with a Zoom link will be sent to your registered email address.
このフォームの回答を提出してから、下記にご記入いただくメールアドレスまでZoom招待を送付させていただきます。
Please be aware that if we cannot verify your information (name, JET number & language course level) you may not be able to participate in the session.
なお、情報（お名前、JET番号及び日本語講座受講していること）が確認できない場合は、交流会にご参加いただけない場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
