Intro

We are hoping to start an Active Support project on Mulberry! You will be provided with support from the Behaviour Analyst (Shiori) and the Occupational Therapist (Megan) to support the residents of Mulberry to achieve their full potential of being as independent as possible within meaningful activities.

We want to ensure that all the voices in Mulberry are heard and in order to facilitate this project. The survey is completely anonymous and should only take about 5 - 10 minutes. Your input is appreciated
